Born on this day in Decatur, IL, was Judy Martin, country music singer, performing from the early 30’s to the late 40’s on the WLS-AM’s in Chicago. She was the second wife of member Red Foley. On November 17, 1951 Foley died at her Nashville home from an overdose of sleeping pills aged 34.
